To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing a complaint about a delivery from yesterday, January 26.
I had ordered five boxes of buttered, potato-flavored toast on your website (boydstoast.org) on the second day of January, and according to company policy it should have arrived the day after.
When my order did not arrive on the third of January, I had called customer service to inquire about the delivery. They had informed me that the package had been misplaced and were going to send another five boxes to me by January the fifteenth.
On that day I received a package from one of your delivery men. He kept telling me that I had to pay for the products with money instead of the alpaca I was offering him, and only stopped when I threatened to press charges against your company. Furthermore, when I opened the package, which was moldy and damp, it did not contain my order and instead was filled with five jars of pickles.
I am requesting that the company look into the matter and also to send me the toast I ordered. Otherwise, I will bring this matter to court.
